What is the eligibility for UPSC CMS 2026?
Candidates must have passed the final M.B.B.S. Examination and completed compulsory rotating internship. Those appearing for the final M.B.B.S. examination may also apply provisionally, provided they complete their internship by the specified date.
What is the age limit for UPSC CMS?
Candidates must not have attained the age of 32 years as on August 01, 2026. Age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories as per government rules.
What is the selection process?
The selection process involves a Computer Based Examination (500 marks) followed by a Personality Test/Interview (100 marks) for qualified candidates.
Are female candidates exempted from application fees?
Yes, female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. SC/ST and PwBD candidates are also exempted.
