Can final year students apply for CSE 2026?
Yes, candidates who have appeared or intend to appear for their final year degree examination are eligible to apply, provided they produce proof of passing the examination along with the detailed application form for the Main examination.
Is the UPSC CSE application fee refundable?
No, the application fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
How many attempts are allowed for CSE?
General category candidates get 6 attempts, OBC candidates get 9 attempts, and SC/ST candidates get unlimited attempts till their age limit. Persons with Benchmark Disability also get certain relaxations.
