You'll need to upload a recent passport-sized photograph and your signature as per the specifications (usually JPEG format, within specified dimensions and file size limits). Ensure your photograph is clear, without spectacles or caps, and taken against a light background. Your signature should be clear and not in all caps.

### Preparation Tips
Conquering the JSI examination demands a disciplined approach and smart preparation. Here are some actionable tips to help you maximize your score:
1. **Master the Fundamentals:** For Quantitative Aptitude and Statistics, a strong grasp of basic concepts is non-negotiable. Don't just memorize formulas; understand their derivation and application. For statistics, ensure you are thoroughly familiar with all definitions, theorems, and their practical implications.
2. **Tier-I is Your Gateway:** While qualifying, your Tier-I score can build confidence. Practice General Intelligence & Reasoning and English Comprehension regularly. For General Awareness, stay updated with current affairs by reading newspapers and magazines daily. Static GK needs revision. Solve previous year's papers for all four subjects to understand common question patterns.
3. **Specialized Focus on Tier-II:** Paper-I (Finance & Economics) and Paper-II (Statistics) are your make-or-break sections. For Finance and Economics, refer to standard textbooks and government reports (like Economic Survey). For Statistics, focus on higher-level textbooks recommended for undergraduate or postgraduate Statistics courses. Practicing numerical problems is key.
4. **Mock Test Mania:** Take full-length mock tests regularly, especially in the last month before the exam. This will help you manage time effectively, identify your weak areas, and get accustomed to the CBE interface. Analyze your mistakes meticulously.
5. **Time Management is Crucial:** Both tiers are time-bound. Learn to allocate time to each section during practice. Don't get stuck on one question; move on and revisit if time permits.
6. **Revision and Note-Making:** Create concise notes for important formulas, theories, and current affairs. Regular revision is vital to retain information. Flashcards can be particularly effective for quick recall of statistical definitions and economic terms.
7. **Recommended Books:**
* **Quantitative Aptitude:** R.S. Aggarwal's 'A Modern Approach to Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning' and 'Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Examinations'.
* **General English:** S.P. Bakshi's 'Objective General English' or Wren & Martin's 'High School English Grammar and Composition'.
* **General Awareness:** Lucent's General Knowledge. For current affairs, any reputable monthly current affairs magazine.
* **Statistics (Tier-II):** 'Fundamentals of Statistics' by S.C. Gupta, 'Statistical Methods' by S.P. Gupta, or specific university-level textbooks on Probability, Sampling, and Inference.
* **Finance & Economics (Tier-II):** NCERT textbooks (Class XI & XII for Economics), 'Indian Economy' by Ramesh Singh, and introductory books on Public Finance and Accounting. Follow RBI and Ministry of Finance publications for latest updates.
