Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, Aerospace, Chemical, Civil) from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. OR Master's Degree in Science (M.Sc) in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Material Science, etc., with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/Institution. A valid GATE score (2026 cycle) is mandatory for shortlisting in certain disciplines.
