Minimum Qualification Required: Graduate
Engineer Trainee: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Metallurgy, Chemical, Computer Science) from a recognized Indian University/Institute. Supervisor: Full-time Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil) from a recognized Indian University/Institute. Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) required for both posts.
Age Limits: 18 to 30 years.

What is the age limit for BHEL Recruitment 2026?
The maximum age limit is 27 years for Engineer Trainee and 30 years for Supervisor posts as on the last date of application. Age relaxation will be provided as per Government of India norms for reserved categories.

Can final year students apply?
Yes, candidates appearing in the final year of their qualifying degree/diploma can apply, provided they submit their final mark sheet/certificate proving successful completion of their degree/diploma by the date specified in the detailed notification (usually before the interview stage).
What is the selection process?
The selection process involves a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by Group Discussion (only for Engineer Trainee posts) and Personal Interview. Final selection will be based on the merit list prepared from the CBT and Interview/GD scores.
